Beach Now is a start-up company located in Venice Beach, CA that creates unique, well-appointed experiences for those looking to spend a day on the beach. We are seeking to hire a Lead Sales Associate to join our team. If you're a hard-working professional, Beach Now is the company for you.  

Responsibilities:

• Answering all customer inquiries include pricing and upsell of experiences.
• Draft and send invoices for large party and custom bookings 
• Generating Monthly Commision Report
• Strategize perspective bookings with existing reservations & monitoring capacity 
• Develop new strategies to streamline processes and reduce errors
• Ensure that quality, customer satisfaction, and reservation expectations are met
• Partner and communicate with founder, concierge teams  and drivers

Qualifications for Operations & Warehouse Manager:

• Bachelor's degree 
• 5+ years of experience working in sales, logistics, administration
• Proficiency in excel and/or Google sheets
• Strong team player
• Ability to manage, coach, and provide training for direct reports
• Exceptional organizational and analytical skills
• Working knowledge of logistics and inventory software a plus

Beach Now is a fast growing company with room to grow!  Hours are flexible but does require sporatice and occasional weekend support. 

25-35 hours per week

Weekly Team meeting 

90% Remote 10% on location
