Q: How do I know where to go?

A: You will receive a detailed confirmation email with tons of info for your beach day after the point of purchase. You will be contacted by your personal concierge  2-3 hrs prior to your reserved arrival time via text message. 

 

Q: Do you only offer service in Venice? 

A: Venice is our flagship location however you can request a certain location in the notes section at check out. We can accommodate based on availability and recommend you inquiring prior to online booking and booking in advance.

 

Q: Where do you recommend food from? 

A: We have a whole curated list here.

 

Q: Can you get us balloons for our party?

A: No, we have a strict no ballons policy.

 

Q: Do you have anything for small children? 

A: Yes! We can provide a pack & play on request. We also have sand toys and can pack juice boxes as well. Please let us know how many children in your party and ages the notes section at check out.

 

Q: Can you deliver alcohol? 

A: No, we do not have a liquor resale license. Also, you should also be aware that it is against the law to drink on the beach and you could be subject to fine.

 

Q: Do you offer accommodations to help get guests across the sand out to the beach?
