Q: What's your cancelation/refund policy?
A: We do rain checks instead of refunds. All sales are final. You can cancel 48hrs before reservation date and maintain credit for a future date. For custom events we require a 50% non refundable deposit. Deposits can be credited for future bookings.
Q: Where do you recommend food from?
A: We have a curated lists on each location page.
Q:Which beaches do you offer service?
A: You can find the full list on our locations page.
Q: What if I want service somewhere other than the locations you provide?
A: For custom locations we have a minimum spend of $3k and is based on availability. We recommend you inquiring prior to online booking and booking in advance.
Q: How do I know where to go the day of my beach day?
A: You will receive a detailed confirmation email with tons of info for your beach day after the point of purchase. You will be contacted by your personal concierge 2-3 days prior to your reserved arrival time via text message.
Q: What if am late for my reservation?
A: Please text or call us to inform if you expect to be arriving late. To insure quality of our service for all guests we have a maximum grace period of 30 mins. If you no one from your party arrives with in that time the reservation will be considered forfeited.
Q: Can you get us balloons for our party?
A: No, we have a strict no balloons policy.
Q: Do you have anything for small children?
A: Yes! We can provide a pack & play on request. We also have sand toys and can pack juice boxes as well. Please let us know how many children in your party and ages the notes section at check out.
Q: Can you deliver alcohol?
A: No, we do not have a liquor resale license. Also, you should also be aware that it is against the law to drink on the beach and you could be subject to fine.
Q: Do you offer accommodations to help get guests across the sand out to the beach?
