Connection at BeachLife Festival
At BeachLife Festival - where Beach Now celebrated 10 years of effortless beach concierge service and introduced our reimagined brand identity - our team brought concierge hospitality off the sand for the first time at scale on the HighTide VIP Deck. Our concierges welcomed VIP guests to the HighTide VIP Deck, two dedicated bars and a photo zone, gifting personalized Polaroid postcards as keepsakes to festivalgoers. As one of those postcards featuring Santi, (Lilliana's son) traveled home to them, and a few weeks later that simple touchpoint became the inspiration, and ultimately this special celebration on the sand - Santi's Surf Club!

Our Concierge Service - Effortless By Design
From the first inquiry and sharing ideas to design details, on-sand execution and breakdown, our concierge team handled every detail: setup of the signature Oasis Experience, staging seating and lounge pieces, timing food delivery handoffs, customizing our signature signage, prepping inflatables with names, and even helping deliver gifts to the car at day’s end. Guests simply arrived and enjoyed - exactly what a beach day and celebration in Los Angeles should feel like.
The Transformation
We started with our signature Oasis Experience - our most versatile setup with cabanas and chairs for hosting a large group - reimagined key accents to match the inspiration. We turned our standard white side panels into yellow-striped cabana panels to fit the theme along with a special order of yellow-striped umbrellas, and curated elements, such as premium canvas yellow ground cushions, a custom sign and personalized Polaroid postcards (just like at BeachLife Festival!), now designed special for Santi's Surf Club. The result was a resort-like beach club in the South Bay, built the Beach Now way.
